Makeitindenim.guru sells:
PDF sewing patterns, written in English. On purchasing a PDF pattern you are able to download it and do not require an internet connection to then use the pattern. Distribution, copying or re-selling PDF patterns in whole or in part is expressly forbidden. You may sell individual finished items handmade by you using a Make It In Denim pattern however use for mass production or contracting a third party to produce the items is prohibited. If you decide to sell items that you have made from this pattern, include a credit back to Make It In Denim on your listing.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed with us and to not sell our products to any person or country. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Refunds and right to cancel
In theory customers have the right to cancel online orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. The Consumer Contracts Regulations state that you have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the cancellation period, which is 14 days starting the day after the date that the contract is entered into.
PDF patterns: In practice, this means that we are unable to provide you with access to digital media within the 14 day cancellation period unless you acknowledge that we are supplying the media immediately and you consent to waiving the right to a 14 day cancellation period. In short, you agree to have access to your purchased PDF patterns immediately and consent to lose your right to cancel your order. We want you to be happy, and so whilst we must legally comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will always endeavour to offer support, and where appropriate a refund, if you change your mind or are unhappy. If you request a refund before downloading the pattern you have bought, or are dissatisfied with the pattern, we will endeavour to make amends and offer support or a refund, and this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
